Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the competition. In summer 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before going onto exercises. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
